The Free plan is free. For the Pro plan, the first fee is charged when you subscribe; after that, your card is billed automatically each month.
Service fees
Free plan: $0. Pro plan: ¥2,980/month (JPY, including tax) when billed in Japanese yen; $19/month (USD, excluding tax) otherwise. Current pricing is also shown in Settings → Billing on this website.
Additional charges
The JPY price includes Japanese consumption tax. USD prices are shown excluding tax; applicable local taxes may be added separately. Internet connection fees and cloud storage costs are the customer's responsibility.
Returns and exchanges
Due to the nature of the service, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Cancellation
You can cancel the Pro plan from Billing in Settings. After cancellation, you keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan.
Service availability
Available immediately after account registration.
System requirements
A computer or smartphone with an internet connection and a current version of a major browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari, etc.). Receiving files requires linking a Google Drive or OneDrive account. Internet access and any Google or Microsoft account fees are your responsibility.
