Files flow through one secure link straight into your connected cloud storage folder.
  1. Create a checklist

Start from a template or list the files you need—and choose which file types each item accepts.

  2. Share one secure link

Optionally set a link expiry and a password (Pro), then share. Recipients submit in the browser with no account.

  3. Review files in your cloud

Track progress in Filecue while completed uploads land directly in your connected folder.

Limit accepted file types per checklist item

When creating or editing a request, choose which file types each item accepts — images, PDF, documents, spreadsheets, and more. Recipients see the allowed types on the collect page, and uploads that don't match are blocked.

  • Jul 9, 2026New

Protect collect links with expiry and passwords

You can now set a link expiry date on any collect link (Free and Pro). Pro users can also require a password before recipients can upload. Passwords are never included in Filecue emails — share them separately.

  • Jul 7, 2026New

Connect OneDrive and choose storage per request

You can now connect OneDrive in addition to Google Drive. When both are connected, pick the destination when you create each request, and set which storage is the default for new requests in Settings.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about how Filecue works for you and submitters.

Do submitters need a Filecue account?

No. Share the link—or have Filecue email it to them when you create the request—and they can submit from their browser, no account required.

Where are uploaded files stored?

Files go straight to a folder in your connected cloud storage. Filecue coordinates the upload but does not keep copies on our servers.

Which cloud storage is supported?

Filecue works with Google Drive and personal Microsoft OneDrive accounts. Work or school OneDrive (Microsoft 365 / OneDrive for Business) is not supported. When both Google Drive and personal OneDrive are connected, choose the destination for each new request. Files upload straight into your own cloud folder.

What are the Free and Pro plan limits?

Free includes 1 open collection request at a time, 2 custom templates, an automatic reminder on the due date, and collect link expiry. Pro ($19/month) raises that to 50 open requests and 20 templates, adds reminders 3 days before and after the due date, manual reminders, password-protected links, and custom branding. Completing or archiving a request frees a slot. On both plans, files go to your own cloud—Filecue doesn't charge for storage.

Are there file size or type limits?

Each file can be up to 100 MB. You can also limit each checklist item to accepted types such as images, PDF, or documents. Executable and script files (such as .exe, .bat, and .ps1) are always blocked for safety.

How secure is the collection link?

Each request uses a unique, hard-to-guess link, and uploads travel over HTTPS. You can set a link expiry on Free and Pro, and Pro can also require a password before upload. Passwords are never included in Filecue emails. Files land only in the cloud storage folder you chose for that request. Filecue's cloud access is limited to that dedicated app folder—it cannot read the rest of your Drive or OneDrive.

Can I cancel Pro anytime?

Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from Settings → Billing. You keep access through the end of the current billing period.

Can submitters browse my cloud storage?

No. Submitters only get an upload link for that request—they can't browse your connected cloud storage. Files are only uploaded into the folder you designated. Filecue itself is also limited to that dedicated folder and cannot access other files in your Google Drive or OneDrive.
