Browse built-in request templates before you sign up
The template gallery lists built-in checklists for signed documents, brand assets, tax files, and more. Open a template to see the items, then start a request from there.

Raise the file size limit per checklist item (up to 500 MB on Pro)
Each checklist item still defaults to 100 MB. On Pro, you can raise individual items to 200, 300, or 500 MB when you need larger videos, print PDFs, or ZIP packages, without raising the limit for every item on the request.

Limit accepted file types per checklist item
When creating or editing a request, choose which file types each item accepts: images, PDF, documents, spreadsheets, and more. Recipients see the allowed types on the submission page, and uploads that don't match are blocked.

Protect submission links with expiry and passwords
You can now set a link expiry date on any submission link (Free and Pro). Pro users can also require a password before recipients can upload. Passwords are never included in Filecue emails. Share them separately.

Connect OneDrive and choose storage per request
You can now connect OneDrive in addition to Google Drive. When both are connected, pick the destination when you create each request, and set which storage is the default for new requests in Settings.

Email the submission link when you create a request
When you create a request, you can now have Filecue email the recipient the submission link right away. No need to copy and send it yourself. You can still share the link manually if you prefer.

Duplicate an existing request
Any request (open, completed, or archived) can now be duplicated into a new one with its title, recipient, and checklist pre-filled. Ideal for recurring monthly or yearly document requests from the same recipient.

Free plan now sends a due-date reminder
Free plans can now enable an automatic reminder on the due date when items are still incomplete. Pro adds reminders 3 days before and 3 days after the due date, plus manual send.

Send items back for resubmission
After a client submits, you can select one or more items and send them back for re-upload. The request reopens for just those items, and the client is emailed an optional message explaining what to fix.
