Axcel Create ("we," "us," or "our") provides the file collection service Filecue ("the Service"). When providing the Service, we may receive and process your personal information. We comply with applicable privacy laws and handle personal information appropriately.

When submitters upload files through the Service, those files are generally sent directly from the browser to cloud storage connected by the business user (such as Google Drive or OneDrive). We do not persistently store the contents of submitted files on our servers. However, logo images uploaded by business users may pass through our servers for processing and delivery to connected cloud storage and for display on collect pages. We also retain request configuration data, upload metadata, and similar information necessary to operate the Service.

1. Collection of Personal Information

When we collect personal information, we notify you of the purpose of collection and collect only what is necessary within that scope. We mainly collect the following:

• Business users: email address, display name, authentication data, language preference, subscription information
• Recipient information entered by business users: recipient name, email address, and information related to collection requests
• Service usage information: request and submission status, file names, file sizes, external storage identifiers, and related metadata
• Contact form submissions: name, email address, and message content
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, access timestamps, cookies, and similar data for authentication and security
• Usage analytics: PostHog, Google Analytics, and Cloudflare Web Analytics on business-facing pages (dashboard, settings, marketing pages, etc.), where configured. Collect pages under /c/ do not load Google Analytics or Cloudflare Web Analytics, but do load PostHog for anonymous usage analytics.

2. Use of Personal Information

We use personal information only for the following purposes:

• Providing the Service, identity verification, and account management
• Creating and managing collection requests, showing progress, and sending reminders and other notifications
• Payment processing, contract management, and subscription services
• Cloud storage integration, destination management, and logo storage and display
• Responding to inquiries and sending important notices
• Preventing misuse, ensuring security, and handling incidents
• Improving the Service and analyzing usage where analytics tools are enabled

If we need to use personal information beyond these purposes, we will obtain your consent beforehand, except where permitted by law.

3. Security of Personal Information

We take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information and to otherwise ensure its secure management. OAuth tokens and similar credentials for external services are stored in encrypted form.

4. Entrustment of Personal Information

We may entrust all or part of the handling of personal information to external providers to the extent necessary to operate the Service. We conduct a rigorous review of such providers and provide necessary and appropriate supervision. Examples include:

• Authentication: Clerk
• Payments: Stripe
• Email delivery: Resend
• Cloud storage integration: Google (Google Drive), Microsoft (OneDrive)
• Hosting and CDN: Cloudflare
• Database: cloud database providers such as Neon
• Usage analytics: PostHog, Google Analytics, and Cloudflare Web Analytics on business-facing pages (dashboard, settings, marketing pages, etc.), where configured. Collect pages under /c/ do not load these analytics tools.

5. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

Entrustment under the preceding section does not constitute provision of personal information to third parties. Except as required by applicable privacy laws and regulations, we do not provide personal information to third parties without your prior consent.

6. Disclosure, Correction, and Related Requests

If you request disclosure of your personal information, we will respond promptly. If we cannot verify your identity, we may not be able to comply with the request.

If personal information is inaccurate and you request correction, addition, or deletion, we will investigate and respond promptly. If we cannot verify your identity, we may not be able to comply with the request.
